2. Information on this website

The information on this website is general information about our specialist roof survey service. It is not professional advice tailored to your property and is not a substitute for a RICS Home Survey or any other property survey.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not itself confirm a booking or an inspection appointment. An inspection is only arranged once we have separately agreed and confirmed the details with you. Until then, no survey is booked and no charge is made.

4. Pricing

Our surveys start from £399. The starting price does not mean every property costs exactly £399. The final price depends on the size, complexity and access of the roof and the scope of service agreed. You will be told the price before any inspection is arranged.

5. Scope of the survey

  • Drone imagery is used where appropriate and subject to conditions and any access or airspace restrictions.
  • Internal and loft inspection is subject to safe and reasonable access being available.
  • Our findings relate to the condition of the roof observable at the time of inspection.
  • Inaccessible or concealed areas cannot necessarily be assessed and may be excluded or noted as not inspected.

6. Repair cost guidance

Where we provide estimated repair cost guidance, it is guidance only and is not a contractor quotation. You should obtain firm quotations from a contractor before instructing any work.

7. Independence

Our service is independent. We do not sell or carry out roofing repairs, and we have no incentive to recommend unnecessary work.

8. Not a RICS Home Survey

Our specialist roof survey is not a RICS Home Survey and is not provided by a RICS-regulated surveyor. It is complementary to, not a replacement for, a RICS Home Survey.

9. Intellectual property and website content

The content of this website — including text, layout and graphics — is owned by us and may not be reproduced without our permission.

10. External links

This website links to third-party review profiles and other external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Limitation

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Your UK statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

12. Cancellations, payment and refunds

The price and payment arrangements for your roof survey will be confirmed with you before the inspection is booked.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an inspection, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation or refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances, including whether the inspection has already taken place or work on the survey/report has already begun.

Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
